You can rate digital content in the My B&N Library section of your library. You cannot rate

Rating eBooks and Periodicals
You can rate eBooks and periodicals that you own from the detail page for an item in your library.
To rate an item:

On the Home menu, tap

If you are viewing My Documents, tap
Go to My B&N Library
.

Browse or search for the item you want to rate. Using the Up and Down buttons, move the
selection marker on the reading screen to the item.

Item details & options

displays a page of details for the item.

Tap the menu item that consists of stars. Your
NOOK
displays the ratings slider.

Tap the location of your rating or slide your finger to that position and then raise your finger.
