Prolonged operation of the compressor
Initial operation.
Large quantity of food loaded.
Door not properly closed

Dispenser blockage
Frost stuck on the dispenser mechanism due to 
operation interruption, temperature variation or 
high voltage. Empty, clean and dry the ice cube 
bin.
Ice cube blockage between ice maker and ice 
cube bin. Remove the ice cubes.
Ice cubes get stuck. Operate the dispenser 
regularly.
Foreign ice cubes are used in the dispenser. Only 
ice cubes produced by this icemaker can be used 
for the dispenser.
Dispenser does not supply water.
Water supply valve is not turned on. Turn the 
water supply valve.









•  Refrigerator or freezer compartment door is not 
closed. Close all the doors of the appliance.
We recommend that the inline water 
filter is changed every 2 years.

1. If consultation or technical assistance is 
needed, please provide the local authorised 
service agent with the purchase invoice and the 
Product Code/Serial No., which is located inside 
the refrigerator - top left hand side..
2. The two-year free maintenance for the 
operation of the appliance started from the date 
of the purchase. 
 Any cosmetic damage to the appliance must be 
reported within 90 days of delivery.
