4. Tighten LOCKING SCREW. Don’t over tighten.
5. Splice SUPPLY WIRES to existing wires in OUTLET BOX.

6. Mount CROSSBAR to OUTLET BOX using
MOUNTING SCREWS while passing SUPPLY
WIRES through center hole of CROSSBAR.

7. Thread the two NUTS onto one end of the STEM.
