Apply Loctite

®

 Threadlocker # 242 (Blue) to Item # 1 used on 

HD Gearbox Connector Tubes.  Torque to 115 lb·in.  

(13.0 N·m).

Apply Loctite

®

 Threadlocker # 242 (Blue) to P/N F211  

(1/4-20 x 7/8 Hex Bolt, used on Gearbox Connector Tubes) 

prior to assembly.  Torque to 90 lb·in. (10.2 N·m).

3 

Torque P/N F018 (5/8-18 Hex Nut) or F404 (5/8-18 Jam Nut, 

used on underside of blades) to 60 lb·ft (81.4 N·m).  DO NOT 

apply Loctite

®

.
