1. Note Off Messages is recognized but will be ignored.

2. Relationship between Program Numbers and Kit Numbers are assigned as 

"Kits List" attached.

3. SongPositionPointer for a pattern, new location is wrapped around

the bar length of the pattern.

4. Note On messages can be recorded into a pattern.
