Fax Job Information

This function confirms the status for a fax transmission or reception.

Follow the steps below to change the Fax Job Information settings.

1. Press the 

Fax

 button on the control panel.

The Fax light turns on and the Fax menu appears in the LCD screen.

2. Press the 

Menu

 button.

3. Press the 

d

 button to select 

Fax Job Info

, then press the 

r

 button.

The Fax Job Information menu appears.

4. Press the 

d

 button to select the job information you want, then press the 

r

button.

5. To exit the settings, press the 

l

 button several times or press one of the mode 

buttons.

Memory Info Display

Displays the remaining memory level in percent.

Fax Transmission Job

Displays the list of faxes to be transmitted.

Fax Reception Job

Displays the list of faxes to be printed.
