make ia32e -f Makefile.rh 

The file created is

Copy the module as follows:

For 2.4 kernels, copy module to:

/lib/modules/

<kernel string>

/kernel/drivers/scsi/

 

3w-9xxx.o

If you installed a previous driver when you installed your 
operating system, then perform this step to copy the driver into 
the update directory, as well.
