Structure that includes changes to the Q.931 timer 
values, if any. A value of 0xFFFF disables the 
timer. Setting a field to 0 causes the default to be 
used.   Some timers have two possible default 
values depending on the connection type/variant 
used. For example, if the variant field value is 
IISDNvarCCITT in an L4L3mENABLE_
PROTOCOL message, or the conn_type field 
contains an IISDNctCCITT value in an 
L4L3mENABLE_D_CHANNEL message, the 
CCITT default value below is used. For all other 
connection type or variant values, the standard 
default value is used.
