Cooling fan

Cools computer during use.
Note: Do not cover or obstruct the opening of the fan.

Hard disk bay

Houses the computer’s hard disk (secured with two screws).

Optical drive

Internal optical drive (hot -swappable Acer MediaBay drive moudel is 
optional).

Optical drive release latch

Release the optical drive module fo removal.

Battery lock latch

Locks the battery in place.
