Browse to the directory containing the previously generated MCS file.  Select and click “Open”.

The “FPGA SPI Flash Association” window will appear; select “M25P16” (this is the flash device 
connected to the FPGA).

The flash will be added to the FPGA.  Note that this flash is not part of the JTAG chain.
