Only the admin user can delete users from the system. Of the three built-in users
(admin, oper, and root), only the oper user can be deleted.

To add additional user accounts, perform the following steps:

Note: When you delete a user, the user’s group assignment is also
deleted. If you are deleting a user who is the sole member of a group,
none of the remaining users on the system can then be added to that
group. Existing users can only be added to a group by a user who is
already a member of that group. Before deleting a user, verify that the
user is not the sole member of a group.
