With the option unit:

Insert a CF card into the CF connector of the option unit UG230A-DCL.

Mounting and Dismounting the CF Card

With the USB port:

Follow the instructions provided in the CF card reader/writer manual.

With the option unit:

Insert the card securely into the interface with the card backside outwards viewed from the rear of 
the unit as shown below.

To remove the card, press the eject button.  The card pops out.
