Clicking each Alert brings up a dialog box where you can specify that an email be sent to alert the appropriate person-

Sensor is not working.

Schedule Execution Error

A scheduled event did not take place.

Overheating alarm

Projector is overheated.

Allows you to specify when (after how many hours) the lamp alarm message should be sent.
