Pitney Bowes W660/W680 Operator Guide
Use the buttons on the control panel to get to the printer menus,
define the print options, run a print job, position the print
carriage and turn the printer on line and off line.
If you’ve installed the W660/W680 printer driver on your
computer, you’ll normally perform these actions from within
the application you’re using to set up your envelope layout.
Using the
Control Panel
The buttons on the control panel perform the following func-
tions:
This Button...
Does This...
On Line
Toggles (switches) between ON LINE
(communicates with host) and OFF
LINE (no communications with host).
Note that the functions of two buttons,
Eject/- and Cartridge/+, vary, depend
ing on whether the printer is ONLINE
or OFFLINE.
Eject/-
When printer is offline, press to eject
(minus)
the last printed piece from the printer.
When printer is online, press to scroll
through menu items from bottom to
top.
