In the application you want to print from, select
Page Setup
from the
File
menu to open the
Page
Setup
dialogue box.

Make any necessary changes to the settings in the
Page Setup
dialogue box.

Set the
Media
to
Plain Paper
or
Laser Paper
and
the
Size
to
A4.
When using a different type or
size of paper, change the setup accordingly.

to close the
Page Setup
dialogue box.

Print
from the
File
menu.
