PrintServer II User and Reference Guide

Print Server II

This section covers features available for the 

PSII

 only, not the printer’s features.Some 

of the features you access in this section will prompt you to enter the default user ID 
and password, as follows:

• User ID: admin

• Password: 1234 

The options on the 

Print Server

 page varies. ZPL and EPL printers Print Server 

settings vary slightly.

The steps that follow are based on the navigation of a ZPL printer using firmware X.10 
or higher.

1. Open a web browser.

2. In the Address text-box, type your printer’s IP address, press Enter.

Note • The difference between ZPL and EPL is this:

• ZPL—If you have a ZPL printer, you are initially prompted to the 

Printer Home page, and from there, you select 

Print Server Settings

.

• EPL—If you have a EPL printer, you are immediately prompted to the 

Print Server page.
