Example
This example redirects multicast traffic to the remote tunnel server:
XSR(config)#interface vpn 57 multi-point
XSR(config-int<vpn>)#ip multicast-redirect tunnel-endpoint

service-policy
This command attaches a policy map to an VPN output or input interface. You can attach a single
policy map to one or more interfaces.

service-policy [input | output] policy-map-name
Syntax of the “no” Form
The no form of the command removes a policy map from the interface:
no service-policy [input | output]

Example
The following example attaches service policy VPNpolicy to VPN output interface 1:
XSR(config)#interface vpn 1
XSR(config-int<vpn>)#service-policy output VPNpolicy

Tunnel Commands
tunnel
This sub‐command of
interface vpn
names a tunnel created at boot time that links this VPN
interface with another VPN gateway. The VPN interface, with its tunnel, is equivalent to a point‐
to‐point interface. Issuing the command acquires Tunnel configuration mode, making available
the following sub‐commands:
