Put Engine Throttle Control to FAST (Rabbit)

Spark Plug Wire loose or disconnected. 
Connect Spark Plug Wire.

Spark Plug bad. 
Install new Spark Plug.

Dirty Air Filter. 
Clean Air Filter.

Traction Controls not Latched in Neutral. 
Move Traction Controls to NEUTRAL &
