1.  Remove right side panel.

4.  Install snap clamps on hoses, 

just above the bushings to pre-

vent hoses from being pulled 

loose from the solenoid valves.

2.  Remove hole plugs in bottom 

of machine to route hoses to 

valves.

3.  Connect and properly clamp 

supply product and water lines 

from Brix pumps. Ensure that 

all connections are made to 

the correct valve for the right 

or left hopper. All valves are 

labeled to help with this pro-

cess.

5.  Route the tubes from the sole-

noids up to the quicck discon-

nect fittings on the hoppers. 

The tubes are supplied with 

extra length to allow for trim-

ming if desired. Slip a clamp 

over the end of the tube and 

install a .25" male disconnect 

fitting. Position the clamp over 

the barb area of the fitting and 

crimp into place.

NOTE: Make certain the tubes are 

routed to the correct hoppers tp 

prevent product from being mixed 

or hoppers overflowing. Connect 

the tubes to the hoppers.

7.  Install hopper level probe onto 

hopper.

6.  Connect the tubes to the hop-

pers.
