codes to related ICD-9 or HCPCS codes. Each Cross-
walk lists up to 15 ICD-9 or HCPCS codes.

Please note that Crosswalks are based upon studies
showing which ICD-9 and HCPCS codes are used
most often with various CPT codes. Crosswalks don’t
provide a complete list of related codes, so you may
need to find another code to meet your needs.
