Select [None] in [Multifeed Detection] pop-up menu.

Click the [Apply] button in the ScanSnap setup window.

close the ScanSnap setup window.

Load documents in the ScanSnap.

Scanning documents of different widths or lengths at the same time with [Check Length]
selected results in scan failure due to detection of these documents as multifeeds. Note
that scanning Letter and A4 size documents together at the same time does not result in
multifeed detection.
