Key Guide
Color Keys
SPELL
(red)
 Pronounces a letter,
number, or punctuation mark.
SAY
(green)
 Pronounces a word.
GAMES
(yellow)
 Shows the games list.
RHYME
(blue)
 Shows a list of rhyming
words.
Other Keys
BACK
Erases a letter or backs up.
CAP
Shifts the keys to type capitals or
punctuation.
CARD
Exits the book you are reading.
CLEAR
Clears your entry.
ENTER
Enters a word, selects a menu
item, or starts a highlight.
HELP
Displays help messages.
MENU
Displays the main menu.
ON/OFF
Turns BOOKMAN on or off.
Shows Confusables, types a ?
to stand for an unknown letter
in a word; with 
CAP
, types an
✽ to stand for a series of
letters in a word.
SPACE
Types a space or pages down.
Direction Keys
Moves through text or menus, or
moves the cursor or highlight.

UP
Pages down or up.
