You can print to any USB1.1/2.0 single-function 

printer on any of the four ports. Simply connect 

the printer and verify that the connection is 

indicated by a green light beside the relevant 

port number on the front panel of the Network 

Storage Adapter. Following is an example of 

how to add a printer for Windows XP. The 

procedure for other versions of Windows is 

similar. 

 

1. Start —> Printers & Faxes. 

 

2. Select “Add a printer from the menu.” 

 

3. Click “Next.” 

 

4. Local or Network Printer —> select only   

  “Local printer attached to this computer” 

  —> click “Next.” 

 

5. Select “Create a new port” and choose 

  “Standard TCP/IP Port” —> click “Next.”
