The RFID encoder works, but it 
does not meet expectations

Make sure that both Error Handling and Label 
Retry are set to desired values in the RFID (or 
RFID CONTROL) menu.

The RFID (or RFID CONTROL) 
menu does not appear

The printer did not detect the RFID encoder at 
power-up. Your RFID encoder may be 
disconnected or defective. Contact your 
authorized service representative.
