Thermostats
1.
The normally open (N.O.)
control thermostat switches
120VAC control voltage
to its control relay and
heat contactor. The
thermostat range is
95°F/35°C to 194°F/50°C.
2.
The normally closed (N.C.)
high limit thermostat
disconnects the 120VAC
control voltage to its control
relay and heat contactor if
the tank or booster temperature
exceeds 240°F/116°C. This
setting is not adjustable.
Thermostat Adjustment:
1.
The control thermostat is connected in the heat circuit through
its normally open (N.O.) contacts.
To adjust:
Turn the adjustment screw CW to increase the temperature setting or
CCW to decrease the temperature setting.
2.
The high limit thermostat is connected in the heat circuit through its
normally closed (N.C.) contacts.
The setting is set at the factory and the adjusting screw is locked.
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CHANGE THE HIGH LIMIT SET POINT
To reset the high limit:
Push the red reset button in the center of the high limit thermostat.
Immediately troubleshoot/repair the cause of the problem.
Thermostat Locations:
1.
Electric booster thermostats are mounted on the base of the unload section of the
dishwasher adjacent to the booster assembly.
2.
Wash tank thermostats are mounted inside their respective wash tank junction boxes.
