In a text entry screen, press

 to switch entry 

methods until your phone displays the Ã (numeric) 

indicator.

Press keypad keys to enter numbers. When finished, 

press

 to switch entry modes.

In a text entry screen, press

indicator.

  

Press a key one or more times to show possible 

symbol combinations at the bottom of the screen.

Scroll left or right to highlight a symbol and press 

s

 to enter it.

delete letters & words

Move the cursor to the right of the text you want to 

delete and then:

Press 

B

 to delete one letter at a time.

Press and hold 

B

 to delete the 

entire message.

answer calls

view message notifications and messages

call people in your contacts

send text or MMS templates to people on 

your contacts list
