The 32-bit Windows XP, Windows Vista, and Windows 7 

are the operating systems compatible with PC Tools.
How do I connect my Sonim XP5520 BOLT to my PC?

Refer to the Sonim XP5520 PC-Tools user guide for the 

procedure to connect your phone to the PC.

The current version of the Sonim XP5520 BOLT does not 

synchronize with a Mac computer.
Where can I find latest drivers?

Once the software is downloaded and installed, the 

default path of the driver is 

Tools/USB_Driver.
Why do I get a pop-up message ’drivers required...’, 
when using USB?

The drivers are installed when the PC-Tools software is 

installed. Ensure that the PC-Tools software is installed 

completely. If the prompt still pops up, the drivers may 

not be compatible to with your PC Operating System.
Is the Sonim PC Tools compatible with 64 bit 
Windows?

No. The Sonim PC-Tools is not compatible with 64 bit 

windows.
How can I upgrade the firmware for my Sonim XP5520
