3 Operating V7 Navigation (Controls)
V7 Navigation is designed for easy operation. All controls are operable by fingertips.
Wherever possible, pushbuttons and lists are provided to make accessing functions
or changing settings as easy as possible.

There are only a few hardware buttons on your V7 NAV740.

3.1.1 Suspend
Use this button to turn the power of the V7 NAV740 on or off any time.
If the device power is turned off while V7 Navigation is running, when you turn the
device back on, V7 Navigation will continue the navigation as soon as the built-in
GPS determines the location again.

3.1.2 Volume up and down
This control will adjust the master volume of V7 Navigation. Volume up will make
navigation and key sounds louder, and Volume down will turn them down. When you
use this control, the actual master volume level will be displayed for a few seconds
on the screen.
