Use this function to send documents
stored in the Document Server. You
can specify and send multiple docu-
ments, and also send them with
scanned originals all at once.
You can also print stored originals
with

Store the documents to be sent in
advance. You can program a pass-
word for this function. You can
change the user names, file names,
and passwords of stored docu-
ments. See p.129 “Using the Docu-
m e n t   S e r v e r ” ,   a n d   p . 1 3 2
“Changing Information of Stored
Documents”.

r Received fax documents are stored

and categorized as stored recep-
tion files. See p.34 “Printing/De-

Operation keys with operations for
this function. Using the key allows
you to omit steps 

A and B.

The machine sends documents stored
in the Document Server.
The documents stored in the Docu-
ment Server can be sent again and
again until they are deleted. Once
sent, documents are stored in the
Document Server. Therefore, you can
send them in just one operation with-
out having to set your originals again.

r You cannot use the following

transmission methods:
• Free Polling Transmission
• Default ID Transmission
• ID Override Transmission
• Immediate Transmission
• Parallel Memory Transmission
• On  Hook  Dial
• Manual Dial

r You can specify and print multiple

documents. You can specify a max-
imum of 30 documents at once.

r The machine can send a total of

1,000 pages in one operation. 

r The specified documents are sent

with the scan settings made when
they were stored.
