PREFACE 
Thank you for purchasing our product.  In order to operate this device correctly we 
recommend reading this user’s manual before you use this MP3 player. 
Specifications are subject to change without notice. 
 
**Precautions** 
1.  Remove the battery from the MP3 player when you are not going to use it for a long time in 
order to prevent any damage caused by battery seepage or erosion. 
2.  Do not use this device in extreme thermal conditions (i.e. in cold, dusty or wet 
environments). 
3.  Make sure the hold key is in the “Off” position before using this device. 
4.  You may need to replace the new battery under the following circumstances: 
a) The battery indicator on the LCD display shows “Empty Battery”. 
b) The device powers off unexpectedly. 
c)  The function buttons are not responding normally. 
5.  In order to prevent static electricity, do not use this device in particularly dry 
circumstances. 
6.  Do not disconnect this device while it is being formatted or while uploading/downloading 
files. It may cause damage to the hardware. 
7.  Do not disconnect your MP3 player while a file is being downloaded. Disconnecting 
while downloading could damage the MP3 Player. 
8.  If the MP3 player is not working properly, check the battery to make sure that it is not 
drained.    If you are sure that the battery is working, re-insert the battery into the MP3 
player for 3 seconds.   
9.  If the MP3 player is not working properly while connected to the computer, check the 
USB connection to make sure that it is properly connected.
