Loosen the two captive screws that secure the lamp to the lamp housing.
Grasp the orange tape in the middle of the lamp, then lift the module out of the projector.
Cleaning the lamp module dust filter screens
After you remove the lamp module, examine the condition of the dust filter screens. Two screens
are located on each side of the lamp module. Dirt and dust accumulation on the screens must be
removed.
