Important Safety Instructions

•  Read and keep these instructions.
•  Heed all warnings.
•  Clean only with a dry cloth.
•  To prevent shock or fire hazard, do not expose the device to rain or moisture.
•  Install in accordance with the included instructions.
•  Do not block any ventilation openings.
•  Disconnect power prior to connecting or disconnecting equipment
•  Do not defeat the safety purpose of the supplied grounding-type plug. The grounding-

type plug has two blades and a third grounding prong. The third prong is provided for
your safety. If the provided plug does not fit into your outlet, consult an electrician for
replacement of the outlet.

• Protect the power cord and other cables so items placed on or against them cannot

cause damage.

• Prevent foreign objects from entering the device.
• Refer all servicing to qualified service personnel. Servicing is required when the

apparatus has been damaged in any way, such as power supply cord or plug is
damaged, liquid has been spilled or objects have fallen into the device, the device has
been exposed to rain or moisture, does not operate normally, or has been dropped.

WARNING:

TO PREVENT ELECTRIC SHOCK, DO NOT REMOVE COVER. THERE ARE NO USER
SERVICEABLE PARTS INSIDE. ONLY QUALIFIED SERVICE PERSONNEL SHOULD
PERFORM SERVICE.

IMPORTANT:

The QM-AMP3x80 series of amplifiers require Class 2 output wiring.
