Use the self timer function to take a photo of yourself. 

1. 

Turn the video camera on and ensure it is in Photo mode. 

2. 

Press the MENU button and use the scroll wheel to 
highlight the Selftimer option. Press the scroll wheel 
inwards to display the submenu. 

3. 

Use the scroll wheel to select Off, 5 seconds, or 10 
seconds options. Press the scroll wheel inwards to 
confirm. 

   

 

4. 

Press the MENU button again to exit the menu.
