Your phone supports predictive text input which means 
that the phone recognizes the most commonly used 
words for each sequence of key presses and also predicts 
the next word. If there is a suggestion shown, press 

 

to accept it. Additional suggestions in the predictive text 
suggestions window can be selected by pressing 

 to 

highlight the word and 

 to select it.

To change the text 
input type you have 
the following 
options:

A. Press  

once 

followed by, for 
example, 

 to 

write a capital 

. 

Any additional 
keys pressed will 
be displayed in 
lowercase. Press 

 twice for caps-lock. Any 

additional keys pressed will be displayed in 
uppercase until 

 is pressed again to remove 

caps-lock.

B. Press  

once followed by, for example, 

 to type 

the number 

. Any additional keys pressed will 

display the standard characters on the keys.

Press  

twice to lock the colored characters. Any 

additional keys pressed will display the colored 
characters until 

 is pressed again.

C. In any application a press and hold on

will 

open the virtual keypad for instant dialing.

Activity menu is displayed whenever you switch on your 
phone. It is the starting point for accessing applications 
via the Main menu 

 and performing a variety of other 

tasks, whether you are working with the flip closed or 
open.

In Activity menu you can set shortcuts to the 
applications and links that you use most frequently and 
get a quick overview of the day’s events and tasks. You 
can also control the FM radio and Media player 
applications.
