Acer Servers offer a comprehensive service suite to take care of daily IT needs. Users can select the 1-
year standard warranty or choose extended warranties and services

The standard warranty for the AR180 F1 includes one year Parts coverage only. 
 
Warranty repairs may be accomplished through the use of Customer Replacement Unit (CRU) parts.  CRU 
parts include: Hot Plug Hard Drives and Hot Plug Power Supplies.  These parts are designed for easy 
replacement without tools.  Travel and labor charges may apply if customers decline to replace a CRU part.
