The Avision FB2080E scanner comes with TWAIN and 
ISIS drivers and are also bundled with Avision Button 
Manager, Avision AVScan and ScanSoft PaperPort .

The  Avision  FB2080E  is  the  administrator’s  perfect 
choice for A4-sized book scanning solution.  With the 
innovative  and  patented  front  platform,  the  Avision 
FB2080E allows you to easily scan the entire contents 
of a book, without generating the dark, shadowy area 
between  the  adjacent  pages.  Plus  you  can  place  your 
book easily on the scanner without worrying if the book 
will  be  damaged  and  if  the  scanned  image  will  be 
distorted.  Another unique and advanced design of the 
FB2080E is the document cover.  With this cover, you 
can  temporarily  place  your  document  on  the  scanner 
without  worrying  if  some  pages  might  get  lost  during 
scan.

The  FB2080E  is  designed  with  true  600  dpi  optical 
resolution.    This  enables  the  color  scanner  to  capture 
the  best  image  quality  from  your  documents.    Color 
scanning  provides  a  more  authentic  reproduction  of 
original documents, and can bring out details that may 
not  be  picked  up  with  monochrome  or  grayscale 
output.

Complete your scan in a single step

Avision’s  state-of-the-art  software  application,  the 
Button  Manager,  enables  you  to  complete  complex 
scanning task in just a single step.  When the button is 
pressed,  the  scanner  automatically  scan  your 
documents  and  convert  them  to  a  highly  compressed 
file  format,  Adobe  searchable  PDF,  or  other  image 
format and then send the file to a designated folder, or 
other  destination  applications  such  as  e-mail,  printer, 
or  your  favorable  software  application.    The  original 
step-by-step  procedure  is  replaced  with  only  a  single 
touch of the button. 

Dual Driver

You  can  use  the  same  driver  for  an  Avision  sheetfed 
scanner and an Avision flatbed scanner such as FB6080E 
when they are both attached to your computer. By sharing 
the  same  TWAIN  driver,  you  can  use  these  two  scanners 
as a complete document scanner.
