on the Scan and Send Basic 

Features screen.

Digitizing Documents

Create an XPS file. You can also specify additional 
settings.

Create an Office Open XML (pptx) file. The 
Grayscale or Full Color mode is automatically 
selected for the color mode. You can also specify 
additional settings.

Create a JPEG file. The Grayscale or Full Color 
mode is automatically selected for the color 
mode.

Create a TIFF file. The Black & White mode is 
automatically selected for the color mode.

 

■

Create a PDF file. You can also specify additional 
settings.
