Select one of the options:
• Job Name: Type the job name you want to use. You can also select this option
to see a list of up to 10 names last used by you or to access the following options:

Use Document Name: Select this option to use the document name of the
job you submitted.

Clear List: Select this option to remove any names that appear in the list.
NOTE
If you type a new job name, you can only enter Roman characters (such as b, c,
1, 2, ä, ï). If you enter a non-Roman character (such as Chinese or Japanese
characters), question marks display in the Job Name field and the file name is
saved on the printer hard drive with the question marks. You can enter the file
name as well as the relative path (include the forward slash "/"). You may use no
more than 255 characters in total, including the relative path.
Finishing
The Finishing summary is located on the

NOTE
Finishing is available only when a finisher is attached and configured.
Click Select Finishing to select the manner in which your printed document will be
delivered. You can choose to have slip sheets inserted between document sets (for
both collated and uncollated documents). You can choose binding, folding, hole
punching or stapling options or choose no finishing at all. You can also set up offset
or subset printing. Booklet finishing options are available when you select Booklet
Creation. Your selections are reflected in the Finishing Summary box.
<finishing summary>: Displays the finishing options for the print job, such as stapling
or hole punching.
NOTE
Some features are only supported by specific printers, operating systems, or
driver types (PostScript or PCL). You may see more features or options listed than
what your specific system supports.
