Named Paper Dialog Box
Appears when you select Named Paper from the Paper selection menu on the
Use this dialog box to set up a personalized list of papers that you can use for printing.
Rather than selecting paper characteristics each time you want to print using a
particular paper, you can create a list of pre-programmed paper descriptions (named
papers) that you will be able to select directly from the Paper menu.
Options available are:
• <dropdown menu>:
This menu has two selections:

Printer Paper List: Displays the paper available on the printer. This is the
default selection for this menu.

My Paper List: Displays any named paper specifications that you have set up.
 The columns that display can be shown or hidden based on selections made
in the Preferences window.
• Refresh: Refreshes the paper list.
• Search: Display only the named papers based on the search criteria.
• New: Opens the New Named Paper window to add a named paper.
• Edit: Opens the Edit Named Paper window for the selected named paper in the
table.
• Delete: Deletes the selected items in the table.
• Add to My Paper List:  Copies any selected rows to the My Paper List table. A
check is made for duplicate entries.
• Preferences: Opens the Preferences window where you to select the columns that
will be visible in the table, and choose which of the two lists will be the default
list.
• Use in Job: Closes the Named Paper window and displays the selected paper in the
paper summary field.
Preferences Dialog Box
Appears when you click Preferences on the Named Paper window from the
Paper menu on the 
Use this dialog box to set the columns that appear on the Named Paper table.
NOTE
Not all machines support all of the columns listed.
