Booklet Image Order

 (in the Booklet Layout folder).

Select either Right to Left or Left to Right to control the page order when booklet printing.

To print your job as a booklet, select Booklet Printing for 

Collate

 (in the Paper/Output folder).

Select one of the following options to determine the order that pages are printed when
you select to print multiple copies of a document:

• Use Application Collate: The collation settings within the application are used instead

of the settings in the printer driver or at the printer.

• Printer Default: The collation settings at the printer are used.
• Collate: The printer prints the pages consecutively and finishes one copy of the whole

document before printing the pages for the next copy of the document.

• Uncollated: The printer prints copies of each page before printing the next page.

Copies

 (in the Paper/Output folder).

Specifies the number of copies to print.

This number is often overridden by the application's Print dialog box setting.
