Note 
For detailed instructions on adding a device, and adding or installing Apps to your Xerox App Gallery account, 
see the documentation links at the end of this guide. 
a.  Go to the Xerox App Gallery URL: 
https://appgallery.external.xerox.com/xerox_app_gallery/login
 
b.  Enter a valid User ID and Password. 
c.  Select Log In
d.  On the App Gallery tab, browse for the app you want and select Add to My Apps
e.  On the Devices tab, add a multifunction device, if necessary.  
f.  On the My Apps tab, locate the Gallery App you want from the list. 
g.  In the Action column, select Install from the drop-down menu. 
h.  Follow the on-screen instructions for installing the app. 
3.  Create User Accounts and Log In 
The following procedure assumes that you have already created an account. For instructions on creating an 
account, refer to the documentation links at the end of this guide. 
a.  From the device home screen, select the Gallery App you downloaded. The Gallery App login window 
displays. 
b.  Enter a valid User ID and Password. 
c.  Select Enter on the on-screen keyboard. 
4.  Print from Gallery Apps 
a.  From the device home screen, select the Gallery App you downloaded. The Gallery App login window 
displays. 
b.  Log in to the Gallery App with your credentials for that cloud service. 
c.  Select Print From
d.  Select the documents you want to print. 
e.  Select OK
f.  Select your Print Options
g.  Select Start
5.  Scan from Gallery Apps 
a.  From the device home screen, select the Gallery App you downloaded. The Gallery App login window 
displays. 
b.  Log in to the Gallery App with your credentials for that cloud. 
c.  Select Scan To
d.  Browse to the folder you want. 
e.  Select OK
f.  Select your Scan Options. 
g.  Select Start.
