b. Enter a valid User ID and Password.
c. Select Log In.
d. On the App Gallery tab, browse for the Scan to Cloud Email app you want and select Add to My Apps.
e. On the Devices tab, add a multifunction device, if necessary.
f. On the My Apps tab, locate the Scan to Cloud Email app you want from the list.
g. In the Action column, select Install from the drop-down menu.
h. Follow the on-screen instructions for installing the app.
3. Scanning a Document To a New Email Address
a. From the device home screen, select Scan to Cloud Email app.
b. Select Enter Recipient.
Note
If the email has already been saved, select Saved Recipients and select the desired email
address.
c. Enter a valid Email Address.
d. Select your Scan Options.
e. Select Start.
4. Saving your email address
a. From the device home screen, select Scan to Cloud Email app.
b. Select Enter Recipient.
c. Enter a valid Email Address.
d. Select the Save Recipient checkbox.
e. Select OK.
5. Scanning a Document To a Saved Email Address
a. From the device home screen, select Scan to Cloud Email app.
b. Select Saved Recipients.
c. Select the desired Email Address.
d. Select OK.
e. Select your Scan Options.
f. Select Start.
