In the
Press Sheet Sizes
sub-panel, select the sizes.
Output Channels Set-up
To set up the path for the job files and Job Tickets to be transferred to the FreeFlow
Print Manager – Advanced Print Path after approval of a job:

Select the
Output Channels
tab.

Select the
Application Launcher
option button.

Select the
Device supports multi-queue system
check box.

In the
Folder Type
dropdown list, select
Network
.

In the
Application
dropdown list, select
Xerox FreeFlow Printer
(this may be the only available selection).
This option supports the following job ticket properties:
General
Number of Copies.
Print range.
Sides imaged (Simplex/Duplex).
Finishing
Collation.
Stapling
Drilling
Output bin
Output order
Face up/down
Off set
Paper attributes
Account Name
User Name

Type the shared ‘Cold Folder’ directory name into the
Folder Path
; this is the folder to which the Job Ticket
and resources are transferred when the job is approved for printing.

Click
Security
; the
Security Setup
dialog box appears.

In the
Computer
field, type the IP of the remote computer where the ‘Cold Folder’ directory was created.

Click
OK
.
You can change the Device Description name.
