Display a usage statement for the print command and 
options. All other command line option entries will be 
ignored.

–xImageShift <#> <unit>

Specify the x (horizontal for portrait page) image shift. The 
point of origin is the lower left corner of the portrait page.

The value of <unit> may be either “in” for inches or “mm” 
for millimeters.

–x2ImageShift <#> <unit>

Specify the side 2 x (horizontal for portrait page) image 
shift. The point of origin is the lower left corner of the 
portrait page.

–yImageShift <#> <unit>

Specify the y (vertical for portrait page) image shift. The 
point of origin is the lower left corner of the portrait page.

The value of <unit> may be either “in” for inches or “mm” 
for millimeters.

–y2ImageShift <#> <unit>

Specify the side 2 y (vertical for portrait page) image shift. 
The point of origin is the lower left corner of the portrait 
page.

–inserts <page#> <insert#> <size> <color> <opacity> 
<type> <hole count> <modulus> <weight>

Specify page inserts to be included in the document.

For this option, <page#> is the number of the page after 
which the insert will be placed and <insert#> is the 
number of insert sheets to be put at that location. The 
format of the other options is entered as covered in this 
chapter under the paper stock options. All of the options 
must be given a value when using the inserts feature.
