CentreWare Management Pack for System Center Operations Manager

There are three tasks included in the CentreWare Management Pack, which provide you with tools to 
manage the Xerox devices within SCOM: 
 



 

Open Web Console of the Device - launches CentreWare Internet Services (the Web page for 
the selected Xerox device).  



 

Ping Xerox Devices - pings the selected Xerox device.  



 

Xerox Help - launches the CentreWare Management Pack for System Center Operations 
Manager Help system.  

 
To view tasks: 

1.  Click Monitoring. 

2.  In the Monitoring pane, choose Network Devices State.
