Cisco Bug Search
Bug Search Tool (BST), the online successor to Bug Toolkit, is designed to improve our customers’ 
effectiveness in network risk management and device troubleshooting. Use Network Analysis Module 
to search.
BST allows partners and customers to search for software bugs based on product, release, and keyword, 
and aggregates key data such as bug details, product, and version. The service has provision to filter bugs 
based on credentials to provide external and internal bug views for the search input.

Using 'custom' time may show 
different result than 'Last Hour'
When using the ‘custom’ time range selector 
and selecting the last one hour of data, the 
result shown may be different than what is 
shown by selecting ‘Last 1 Hour,’ even 
though they represent the same interval of 
time. This occurs infrequently.

Timeouts may occur when viewing 
the Monitor > Alarm Summary 
screen
If there are many alarms configured and 
many have been triggered, viewing a large 
number of them on the Monitor > Alarm 
Summary screen (e.g. last 1 week) may time 
out.
