Chapter 10 WebConnect    

The MeetingPlace Web Scheduling Page provides users with a 
checkbox to only use the site selected. This effectively turns off 
the automatic rollover function. If users select this checkbox and 
scheduling fails, they will receive an error message. 

Recurring meetings will only roll if all meetings in a recurring 
chain fail to schedule on the initial site.  

Figure H-2 illustrates how meetings are scheduled with 
WebConnect.

Note: Dedicated external sites sharing the same database is not a 
supported WebConnect configuration.

Note: The “Try Before You Buy” option is not supported with 
WebConnect.  (From the New Meeting scheduling page, click the 
Recurrence button, and select the Report conflicts before 
committing box.)

Note: In order to roll meetings to other sites, the MeetingPlace 
Server Parameter “Allow vanity mtg ID’s?” must be set to Yes.

Note: In order for the end user to roll over to other sites, they also 
must have the following fields set in their profile:

Sched only on scheduling home server? = No
Sched only on NS home site? = No
