Creating Other MeetingPlace Servers records

In MeetingTime, select the
Configure
tab, and then select the
Other
MeetingPlace Servers
view.

Create a new record with the following values:
WARNING
When RSNA is enabled and the Will Accept SNA
Transfers? attribute is Yes: Do not create an Other MeetingPlace Servers
record with an ID Number that matches the Scheduling Home Server
setting for users who are local to this server. Doing so prevents local
meetings from being attended.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each participating server to create Other
MeetingPlace Servers records for all other servers.

MPORTANT
Make sure that all ID Number values and Scheduling Home
Server values are identical across participating servers.
