The event timer for the camPsm process has been modified to allow for rounding 
differences in the data it processes. 

 

The siManager, qpskManager, and QpskManager Api processes have been modified 
so that the system no longer transmits multiple virtual channel tables (VCTs), while 
the qpskManager process is down or delayed, during System Information (SI) 
generation.
