Displays  the end time of  the service 

replacement  event when  scheduled. 
Otherwise,  the default  end time  is 
displayed.  The default  end time is

Rate (Mbps) 

Indicates  the current  output  bit rate. 

0 to 206  Mbps 

Free (Mbps) 

Indicates  the available bandwidth,  in Mbps 
(without  stuffing).
